Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01316 | $0.01316 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00658 | $0.00658 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00263 | $0.00263 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00132 | $0.00132 |
Grade A, and why
openclaw-reits-expert CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 108 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Project Overview
This is the OpenClaw REITs Expert System — a multi-agent expert system for China's Public REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) and real estate securitization, built on the OpenClaw multi-agent framework. The project is entirely prompt-engineering driven; there is no application code, only agent configuration files.
Language: Content is primarily in Chinese, targeting China's REITs market.
Common Commands
This repository has no traditional build system (no package.json, Makefile, pyproject.toml, etc.). The primary operations are installation and configuration management via the openclaw CLI:
Installation (for end users)
# Linux/macOS
chmod +x install.sh
./install.sh
# Windows PowerShell
.\install.ps1
OpenClaw CLI Commands (requires openclaw installed)
# List all registered agents
openclaw agents list
# Check gateway status
openclaw gateway status
# Chat with the master agent
openclaw chat --agent reits-expert
# Register an agent manually
openclaw agents add <agent-id> --workspace <path>
# Set configuration values
openclaw config set <key> <value> --json
openclaw config get <key>
Validation
There are currently no automated tests or linting. Verification is manual:
- Run
install.shorinstall.ps1and confirm all agents register without errors. - Run
openclaw agents listto verify all 11 agents appear. - Test with:
openclaw chat --agent reits-expert, then query:"请对某10万千瓦风电项目进行估值分析"
Architecture
High-Level Structure
The system follows a hub-and-spoke architecture managed by the OpenClaw framework:
- 1 Master Agent:
reits-expert— central orchestrator for task decomposition, complexity assessment, asset classification, and result integration. - 10 Sub-Agents:
- 5 Industry-vertical asset analysts:
energy-asset-analyst,utility-asset-analyst,transport-asset-analyst,property-asset-analyst,housing-asset-analyst - 5 Functional specialists:
ops-supervisor,struct-designer,market-researcher,esg-analyst,report-writer
- 5 Industry-vertical asset analysts:
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

openclaw-reits-expert CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository ibestrace/openclaw-reits-expert (2 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 1,316 tokens to every session, about $0.0066 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
