Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.04356 | $0.04356 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.01742 | $0.01742 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00871 | $0.00871 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00436 | $0.00436 |
Grade A, and why
Avernet CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 362 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md
This file provides guidance to Claude Code (claude.ai/code) when working with code in this repository.
What this repository is
Avernet (inclusionAI/Avernet) is the open-source infrastructure layer for
persistent, coordinated, multi-agent systems at organizational scale. It is the
upstream / community codebase that ocb consumes as a git submodule; this
checkout is standalone (no agentclaw.corp, no MOSN, no company-internal
services). When changing code here, you are changing the OSS project — keep it
public-clean and reproducible from public dependencies.
The two Git remotes are not interchangeable:
github→github.com/inclusionAI/Avernet— push here (the real source).origin→code.alipay.com/mirrors/Avernet— AntCode mirror, fetch-only. Pushing tooriginis rejected for lack of write permission and an email check; do not rewrite thedevupstream history to work around either.
Integration branch is dev (rebase, never merge). Some CI gates
(architecture-checks.yml) only run on main; unit-tests.yml /
frontend-nextgen.yml run on dev, main, and REL*. Spawn fix/feature
branches from dev, not from a REL tip — a REL-based PR diff swallows the
full release history.
Read before touching architecture-sensitive code
The AGENTS.md at the root is the binding contributor contract. For boundary
work also read:
CONTEXT-MAP.md— the entry point that routes you to the right module context.CONTEXT.md— shared product vocabulary (Skill lifecycle, Spaces, Bot consumption, external publication). This glossary is the authority for naming in product, code, schemas, and review.docs/arch/arch.rules.md— the Microkernel Architecture Constitution v3.1 (contracts are the single authority; every plugin Protocol haslocal/andprod/implementations plusNoop/Mock; conformance tests undertests/contracts/; configuration-driven wiring — no scatteredif is_local).docs/adr/— accepted/superseded system decisions.- Module-local
AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.mdoverride the root only within their module. Currently:apps/bcs/CLAUDE.md+apps/bcs/AGENTS.md,apps/frontend-nextgen/CLAUDE.md,apps/frontend/AGENTS.md.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

Avernet CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository inclusionAI/Avernet (593 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 4,356 tokens to every session, about $0.0174 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-20.
