digital-marketing-pro: Instructions file for Claude Code

AGENTS.md

digital-marketing-pro AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode from indranilbanerjee/digital-marketing-pro. It costs 2,038 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Project instructions for Digital Marketing Pro, an open-source AI marketing plugin that provides reusable skills, specialist agents and a structured strategy process across several coding-agent platforms. It also describes support for EU AI Act transparency requirements.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when working on the plugin's marketing skills, specialist agents, strategy workflow, platform integrations, documentation or compliance-related features.
Why use it?
They explain what the plugin contains, where it can run and which files or entry points define its behavior. This gives an agent the context needed to modify or use the plugin correctly.

Written for Claude Code and Codex and OpenCode: ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_DATA} variable, but also reads ~/.codex or $CODEX_HOME. Also seen: reads .claude/ paths; mentions CLAUDE.md; mentions subagents.

This is indranilbanerjee/digital-marketing-pro's own configuration. It tells Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode how to work on digital-marketing-pro itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.02038 $0.02038
Opus 5 $0.01019 $0.01019
Sonnet 5 $0.00408 $0.00408
Haiku 4.5 $0.00204 $0.00204

Measured 11d ago against content hash 4fab15772e2c, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-10, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

digital-marketing-pro AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Digital Marketing Pro — agent context

This file is auto-loaded by OpenAI Codex, Google Antigravity, GitHub Copilot CLI, Cursor (when in the agent context chain), and other Agent Skills runtimes. It is the equivalent of CLAUDE.md for non-Claude surfaces.

What this plugin is

Digital Marketing Pro is a comprehensive open-source AI marketing plugin shipping 163 skills, 24 specialist agents, a 12-Part Strategy Flow, and EU AI Act Article 50 readiness. Built for marketing agencies, in-house teams running 50–200 brands, and consultancies.

Supported surfaces (v3.31.1): Claude Code (CLI + IDE extensions, min v2.1.157), Anthropic Cowork, OpenAI Codex (CLI + IDE + App), Cursor 2.5+, GitHub Copilot CLI, Google Antigravity 2.0 (CLI + IDE), Hermes Agent (Nous Research, Desktop v0.15.2+), OpenClaw (formerly Clawdbot/Moltbot), Grok (xAI Build CLI, native .grok-plugin/ pair). Plus 35+ additional platforms via the Agent Skills open standard (Goose, OpenHands, OpenCode, Junie, Gemini CLI, Roo Code, Kiro, Amp, Letta, Mux, Factory, Workshop, Tabnine, Mistral Vibe, and more — see README "Works on 40+ agent harnesses").

Cowork-specific: On Anthropic Cowork the per-session filesystem is ephemeral (~/.claude-marketing/ AND ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_DATA} BOTH vanish at session end — known platform issue #51398). Run /digital-marketing-pro:cowork-setup once per team to route brand state through a Google Drive MCP so profiles, plans, and reports survive across sessions.

How to use it as an agent

  1. Discover skills by description. All 163 skills auto-discover via SKILL.md frontmatter (name: + description:). Match user intent to skill description.
  2. Run skills by routing user requests to the matching SKILL.md. Read the skill body for instructions, scripts to run, references to pull.
  3. Skill bodies may reference Python scripts at scripts/<name>.py — invoke via Bash / run_shell_command.
  4. HTTP MCP connectors are opt-in. See .mcp.json.connectors-reference for the full catalog (Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Gmail, Google Calendar, Stripe, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Klaviyo, Amplitude, Canva, Figma, Asana, Webflow). User must configure env vars or set up MCP servers before they connect.
  5. Compliance is mandatory. Skills enforce GDPR / CCPA / EU AI Act / DPDPA / LGPD / 11 other privacy jurisdictions. Don't skip the compliance gates.
  6. C2PA content provenance is required for AI-generated assets in EU campaigns (Article 50, applicable 2 Aug 2026). Use scripts/embed-c2pa.py to sign before delivery.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
