Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01075 | $0.01075 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00430 | $0.00430 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00215 | $0.00215 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00108 | $0.00108 |
Grade A, and why
clio-kit AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 91 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Working on CLIO Kit
CLIO Kit is a meta-marketplace for scientific computing. Start with setup.md for installation, docs/README.md for human guides, and docs/authoring.md to define a plugin, MCP server, skill or hook. Detailed contribution rules are in CONTRIBUTING.md.
Repository map
src/clio_kit/: launcher, runtime isolation, skills and marketplace commands.mcp-servers/<name>/: independent server packages, descriptors, locks and tests.skills/: portable skill collections, including adapted Clio Coder skills.plugins/: workflow packages, shared components and native client adapters.community/entries/: external plugin and marketplace TOML entries..clio-kit/catalogue.json: generated shared package catalogue..claude-plugin/: native Claude export and federation snapshot.docs/: documentation source shared by GitHub and Docusaurus.website/: website configuration, components and static assets.
Choose the contribution route
Use the product distinction consistently: MCPs, skills, agents and hooks are components; plugins bundle components for a workflow. Native Claude Code wrappers are installation packages and must not inflate workflow-plugin counts. The catalogue derives maintained types from contents and dependencies; do not guess external component types from package names.
For repository-owned component packages, add a named folder under plugins/,
skills/, agents/ or hooks/, with .claude-plugin/plugin.json and the needed
components. Website start/build and CI sync both catalogues automatically;
discovery needs no central TOML entry or manual generator commands. CI syncs the
catalogues before the root suite; do the same locally with
clio-kit marketplace sync --root ., which is also what native client testing
before a build needs.
Validate the package, then run scripts/verify_local_components.py --output
with a new temporary directory for native installation and usage checks.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

clio-kit AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository iowarp/clio-kit (30 stars, last pushed 8d ago), licensed BSD-3-Clause. It adds 1,075 tokens to every session, about $0.0043 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-08.
