Windows: запущенный

Большинство storage/query-тестов используют SQLite через ConnectSQLite(ctx, tmpfile)
и не требуют PostgreSQL.

onebase check не только парсит, но компилирует и исполняет запросы модулей —
ловит no such column/no such table ещё до рантайма. Это основной инструмент
