workshop-harness AGENTS.md

workshop-harness AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from JAICHANGPARK/workshop-harness. It costs 2,890 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository instructions for Workshop Harness, a toolkit for technical workshops, coding-agent skills, templates, and command-line automation. They describe the project layout and workflows for generating workshops and Android hands-on activities.

In plain words
What is it for?
They are for developing or running Workshop Harness workflows, including workshop curriculum, code samples, notebooks, templates, and Android labs. They help agents use the projectโ€™s CLI, skills, and document structure correctly.
Why use it?
They tell coding agents how the repository is organized and which checks are required before producing technical content. The instructions also require current web research because software libraries and model names can change.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.02890 $0.02890
Opus 5 $0.01445 $0.01445
Sonnet 5 $0.00578 $0.00578
Haiku 4.5 $0.00289 $0.00289

Security

Grade A, and why

workshop-harness AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories โ€” prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency โ€” measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

AGENTS.md - Agent Instructions for Workshop Harness

Standard AI Agent Context & Instructions Specification (https://agents.md/)

This repository provides seamless integration for all AI Coding Agents including Google Antigravity, Gemini CLI, Anthropic Claude Code, OpenAI Codex / ChatGPT, Aider, and Cursor / Windsurf.

๐ŸŽฏ Repository Overview & Purpose

workshop-harness is an AI Agent Harness, Skill Suite, and CLI Automation Toolkit for technical workshops (Build with AI, DevFest, community coding labs).

  • CLI Automation: python3 harness_cli.py
  • 20 Agent Skills: Located under skills/*/SKILL.md
  • Document Templates: Located under templates/doc-templates/

๐Ÿค– Natural Language Prompt โž” Autonomous Skill Execution Rules

CRITICAL RULES FOR ALL AI CODING AGENTS (Antigravity, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Aider):

  1. ๐ŸŒ Mandatory Autonomous Pre-Flight Web Search (workshop-web-researcher):
    • NEVER rely solely on LLM internal parametric training data when generating workshop curriculum, code samples, Colab notebooks, or setup guides. Parametric weights contain outdated/deprecated APIs and retired model tags.
    • You MUST AUTONOMOUSLY execute live web searches (search_web / web search) BEFORE writing any code or documentation to verify the newest SDK syntax (e.g. google-genai SDK, com.google.genai:google-genai-kotlin-android, google_generative_ai, genui), current model tags (e.g. gemini-3.7-flash, claude-sonnet-5, gpt-5.6-sol, gemma4), and breaking changes.
  2. ๐ŸŒ Developer-Idiomatic Localization Protocol (No Literal Translations):
    • When translating or authoring slide decks, setup guides, or runbooks into Korean (KR), Japanese (JA), or Chinese (ZH), NEVER perform awkward literal / word-for-word machine translations.
    • MUST use native developer jargon and community-standard technical terms used by real-world software engineers:
      • Korean (KO): Use natural IT developer terms (e.g., "ํ”„๋กฌํ”„ํŠธ ์—”์ง€๋‹ˆ์–ด๋ง", "ํ•ธ์ฆˆ์˜จ ๋žฉ", "์Šค์บํด๋”ฉ", "์˜์กด์„ฑ ์ฃผ์ž…", "์–‘์žํ™”", "ํŒŒ์ธํŠœ๋‹", "๋Ÿฐ๋ถ", "์ž„๋ฒ ๋”ฉ"). Never use awkward literal phrasing (e.g. โŒ "์†์œผ๋กœ ํ•˜๋Š” ์‹คํ—˜์‹ค", โŒ "๋‹ฌ๋ฆฌ๋Š” ์ฑ…").
      • Chinese (ZH): Use Chinese tech community terminology (e.g., ใ€Œๅฎžๆˆ˜ๅทฅไฝœๅŠ/ๅŠจๆ‰‹ๅฎž้ชŒใ€, ใ€Œ่„šๆ‰‹ๆžถใ€, ใ€Œๆ็คบ่ฏๅทฅ็จ‹ใ€, ใ€Œๅพฎ่ฐƒใ€, ใ€Œๆผ”็ปƒๆ‰‹ๅ†Œ/Runbookใ€).
  3. ๐Ÿšซ Typography Rule (No Em Dash):
    • NEVER generate em dash characters (โ€” or \u2014) in any generated documentation, code comments, slide decks, or markdown files.
    • Always use standard hyphens (-), colons (:), or parentheses () instead.
  4. ๐Ÿšซ No Emojis in Documentation (Default: Clean Professional Text):
    • Do NOT include emojis in generated documentation, slide decks, setup guides, code comments, or runbooks by default.
    • Only use emojis if the user explicitly requests them in their prompt (e.g., "use emojis in headings").
  5. ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Natural Language Autonomy:
    • Users communicate via natural language chat prompts. Do NOT instruct users to run Python commands themselves.
    • When a user requests a task, you MUST autonomously read the relevant skills/*/SKILL.md and execute the appropriate harness CLI command or generate the code artifacts on behalf of the user.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
