dr-jskill AGENTS.md

dr-jskill AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from jdubois/dr-jskill. It costs 1,089 tokens per session, scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

Project-specific instructions for the Spring Boot generator, covering version settings, supported tools, project files, and development rules.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when changing dependency versions, writing cross-platform Node.js scripts, generating project setup files, configuring environment secrets, or enforcing the project's Java and Maven conventions.
Why use it?
They keep generated projects consistent across machines and prevent unsupported libraries, build systems, and configuration choices from being introduced.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.01089 $0.01089
Opus 5 $0.00544 $0.00544
Sonnet 5 $0.00218 $0.00218
Haiku 4.5 $0.00109 $0.00109

Measured 5d ago against content hash 546d4fcd30d3, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

dr-jskill AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

This is a Spring Boot skill that follows Julien Dubois' best practices

  • You MUST follow the Agents Skills specifications at: https://agentskills.io/home
  • When doing a script, you MUST do a JavaScript (Node.js) script that works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
    • Scripts use ES modules (.mjs extension) and only Node.js built-in APIs (no npm dependencies).
    • Node.js 24.x and npm 11.x are prerequisites.
  • NEVER propose to use Lombok in the generated projects (add Maven Enforcer/ArchUnit checks in generated templates).
  • Build tool is Maven only (no Gradle).
  • Hibernate ddl-auto is the supported database initialization mechanism (spring.jpa.hibernate.ddl-auto). Do not offer Liquibase or Flyway.
  • Do not add OpenAPI/springdoc, feature toggles, Buildpacks, or Jib.
  • Ship dotfiles: ensure .gitignore, .env.sample, .editorconfig, .gitattributes, .dockerignore, optional .vscode/ are added to generated projects (see references/PROJECT-SETUP.md).
  • .env is the canonical local secret store: generated projects load real credentials from a .env file (gitignored). Always instruct users to copy .env.sample.env and fill in real values there.
  • NEVER read or expose .env: the .env file contains real secrets. Never cat, view, read, or print its contents — not to the console, not in output, not in logs. Only .env.sample (placeholder values) may be read or displayed. If a task requires inspecting current env values, ask the user to share only the specific variable name, never the whole file.
  • Java code intelligence: when working on Java files in a generated project, prefer the JDTLS-backed lsp tool (goToDefinition, findReferences, hover, documentSymbol, rename) over grep/view/sed. Generated projects ship .github/lsp.json so GitHub Copilot CLI wires JDTLS automatically. See references/JDTLS.md.

Versions Manifest

Centralize versions in versions.json. Scripts load from scripts/lib/versions.mjs (JavaScript). Update this file first when bumping versions.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
