Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.02846 | $0.02846 |
| Opus 5 | $0.01423 | $0.01423 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00569 | $0.00569 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00285 | $0.00285 |
Grade A, and why
bobs-big-brain-plugin AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 153 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
AGENTS.md
Agent + developer guidance for the Bob's Big Brain plugin repo. Tool-agnostic; CLAUDE.md points here.
What this is
The unified, public Bob's Big Brain plugin — a Claude Code + Cowork plugin that runs as a single stdio MCP server in two modes:
- local (default): an in-process governed brain over your own files (
~/.teamkb) — no daemon, no network, no API key. - team (when
TEAMKB_API_URLis set): a remote proxy to a shared governed-brain HTTP API over your network.
This is the installable code; the landing/thesis lives in the company umbrella repo.
| Repo | Role | |

| This repo | jeremylongshore/bobs-big-brain-plugin (personal, public) |
the plugin: MCP runtime (local + team) + skills |
| Umbrella | intent-solutions-io/bobs-big-brain-umbrella (company) |

| Engines | jeremylongshore/{bobs-big-brain-compiler, bobs-big-brain-registrar} |
Bob's Big Brain Compiler (compile) + Bob's Big Brain Registrar (govern) — separate repos |
| Team marketplace | intent-solutions-io/team-intent-claude-plugins (private) |
publishes this plugin (team mode) for the internal team |
The old standalone intent-brain plugin is RETIRED. It used to live in
qmd-team-intent-kb/.claude-plugin/ as a separate team-only plugin; it has been folded into this
plugin's team mode and removed from the team marketplace (bead compile-then-govern-650.4). There is
now ONE plugin for both local and team — do not resurrect a second one.
Architecture — the dual-mode dispatch (the part that matters)
src/index.ts is the dispatcher: it reads TEAMKB_API_URL and await import()s exactly one server
(an unexpanded ${...} placeholder counts as unset → local):
src/local-server.ts— LOCAL mode. Drives qmd + the deterministic govern kernel +~/.teamkbdirectly, in-process (imports@qmd-team-intent-kb/*+better-sqlite3). Full tool surface (6):brain_search/brain_status/brain_audit_verify(read) +brain_capture/brain_govern/brain_transition(write).src/remote-server.ts— TEAM mode. Proxies to the Registrar HTTP API (apps/api) over the network with a per-user bearer token. Tool surface (7):brain_searchand auth-freebrain_statusreads;brain_captureproposals;brain_inbox,brain_approve, andbrain_rejectadmin review; andbrain_transitionadmin lifecycle changes. Nobrain_govern(govern runs server-side), andbrain_audit_verifyremains local-only.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
