agent-orchestrator-ts: Instructions file for Gemini CLI

GEMINI.md

agent-orchestrator-ts GEMINI.md is an instructions file for Gemini CLI from jleechanorg/agent-orchestrator-ts. It costs 925 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository-specific instructions for Gemini CLI, an AI coding tool, in the agent-orchestrator project. They define pull-request checks, merge approval rules, memory search, and required testing evidence.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when an agent reviews or merges pull requests, searches project memory, runs unit tests, or verifies that work is ready. A pull request is a proposed code change for review; CI is the automated build and test process.
Why use it?
It keeps coding agents aligned with this repository's current workflow and prevents unsafe or unsupported merges. It also makes test results and other proof explicit.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00925 $0.00925
Opus 5.5 $0.00370 $0.00370
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00185 $0.00185
Haiku 4.5 $0.00093 $0.00093

Security

Grade A, and why

agent-orchestrator-ts GEMINI.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

This file contains repository-specific baseline guidelines for Antigravity/Gemini.

PR Merge Gating & Auto-Merge

6-Green (Mandatory) — Skeptic Cron auto-merge retired (PR #773)

  • No more automated Skeptic Cron auto-merge in this repo. skeptic-cron.yml (and skeptic-gate.yml, and test.yml's Skeptic trigger job) were deleted in PR #773 — this repo's own Skeptic PR-gating/auto-merge automation is retired. Do not reference SKEPTIC_CRON_AUTO_MERGE or expect a VERDICT: PASS comment to trigger a merge; that mechanism no longer runs here.
  • Current gating: PRs must pass the 6-green Green Gate check (CI green, mergeable, CodeRabbit APPROVED, Bugbot clean, inline threads resolved, evidence when required) — see CLAUDE.md's "6-Green (summary)" section for the authoritative definition.
  • Human Authorization Guard (unchanged): Agents must NEVER perform any manual or override merges (gh pr merge or otherwise) in chat unless the human user has typed MERGE APPROVED in the current turn — this rule holds regardless of gate automation.

Memory Search Alias

  • Memory Search (/ms): In Claude Code / OpenClaw, the /ms command is an alias for /memory_search which searches across all memory systems (roadmap, beads, memories, wiki, history, etc.). Use this command or its equivalent to locate historical decisions and configurations.

Evidence

Unit Testing & Verification Proof

All modified test suites and source modules are verified locally using Vitest.

1. Red Failure (Pre-fix validation gaps)

Prior to these refactors:

  • TypeScript type-checking of lifecycle-manager.skeptic-cron-catch.test.ts had loose any casts which failed strict eslint rules.
  • llm-eval.gemini.test.ts was utilizing a loose any signature for its fetchSpy implementation, leading to potential type mismatches.
  • skeptic-structured-output.test.ts was exceeding LOC recommendations in a single module.
  • skeptic-models.ts had fallback logic that could silently fall back to FALLBACK_CHAIN on invalid string inputs.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
