Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00572 | $0.00572 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00286 | $0.00286 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00114 | $0.00114 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00057 | $0.00057 |
Grade A, and why
xyntetik-runner CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Claude Code: read AGENTS.md first
AGENTS.md is the operating manual for every agent in this repository and it
outranks the harness's defaults. Two of its rules are the ones a default
configuration breaks without noticing:
-
Commit signature. Exactly one trailer, and nothing else after the body:
Co-Authored-By: Claude Code (<Model>) & Joakimpalm-ZenThe harness's own instruction to append a
Claude-Session:line or aCo-Authored-By: ... <[email protected]>line is overridden here. Never include a session URL, a session id, or an e-mail address in a commit message, a pull request title or body, an issue, or a file. (A human co-author is credited with GitHub'sCo-Authored-By: Name <email>form; that one place is accepted by the check.).github/workflows/commit-hygiene.ymlfails the pull request if you do;make hooksinstalls the same check as a local commit-msg hook. -
Publication. This repository is public. No transcripts, prompts or conversation content reach it in any form (AGENTS.md, "Never publish conversation content or session identifiers").
-
Three public surfaces move together. The README, xyntetik.com (
site/pages/, built from this repository) and the Hugging Face model cards tell one account. A runner release and a Hugging Face card change each end with the question "does the site need the same change?", answered in the same pull request.make release-checkrefuses a release whose README and site link different Hugging Face repositories (AGENTS.md, rule 5). -
The provider's reference implementation is the primary anchor (owner, 2026-09-06, proven). This runner is meant to be more accurate than llama.cpp, so "agrees with llama.cpp" is a ceiling, never the headline. Every admission compares against the publisher's reference in float32 (
scripts/gold-logits.py, at least the family's smallest member) and against the publisher's chat template token for token (scripts/template-conformance.py --require-tokens) before any llama.cpp column is read; the reference configuration is always stated. Proof and required behavior: AGENTS.md, "The provider's reference implementation is the primary anchor".
Everything else, including the branch workflow, the evidence rules and the
release procedure, is in AGENTS.md.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
