Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01061 | $0.01061 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00531 | $0.00531 |

Grade A, and why
ariadna CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 92 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Project Overview
Ariadna is a Ruby gem that provides a meta-prompting and context engineering system for Claude Code. It ports the "GSD" system to Ruby, offering structured planning, multi-agent orchestration, and verification workflows via Claude Code slash commands. It installs commands, agents, workflows, and templates into ~/.claude/ (global) or .claude/ (local).
Commands
Tests:
bundle exec rake test # Run full test suite
ruby -Itest -Ilib test/tools/state_manager_test.rb # Run a single test file
ruby -Itest -Ilib test/tools/state_manager_test.rb -n test_method_name # Run a single test
Lint:
bundle exec rubocop # Run linter
bundle exec rubocop -a # Auto-fix
Build:
gem build ariadna.gemspec
Install locally:
bundle install
ariadna install --global # Install commands/agents to ~/.claude/
ariadna install --local # Install to ./.claude/
Architecture
Two-Binary System
exe/ariadna— User-facing CLI for install/uninstall/versionexe/ariadna-tools— Internal tool CLI dispatched by workflows during Claude Code sessions. Routes toAriadna::Tools::CLI.run(ARGV)which dispatches to subcommands:state,resolve-model,find-phase,phase,phases,roadmap,milestone,validate,progress,todo,template,frontmatter,verify,init,commit
Hierarchy Model
Project → Milestones → Phases → Plans → Tasks
Phases are numbered (1, 2, 3) or decimal (2.1, 2.2) for insertions. Plans within phases use wave-based execution numbering (01-01, 01-02) to express parallelism and dependencies.
Data Directory (data/)
Content installed into user's .claude/ directory:
commands/ariadna/— 27 slash command definitions (Markdown with YAML frontmatter)agents/— 11 agent definitions (orchestrators are lightweight coordinators; subagents get full 200k context)ariadna/workflows/— 29 workflow instructions that orchestrators followariadna/templates/— 26 templates for plans, state, reports, etc.ariadna/references/— 13 reference documents for agent context
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
