sales-claw-ts: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

sales-claw-ts AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from joseikininsight-hue/sales-claw-ts. It costs 615 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository-specific instructions for AI coding agents working on the Sales Claw TypeScript project. They point agents to the authoritative rules in CLAUDE.md, required workflows, documentation, and forbidden actions.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when an agent edits, reviews, or operates the Sales Claw project and needs to follow its workflow, security rules, migration plans, and contribution guidance.
Why use it?
They reduce mistakes caused by an agent guessing how the repository works or skipping required steps, especially around form submissions and message logging.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00615 $0.00615
Opus 5 $0.00308 $0.00308
Sonnet 5 $0.00123 $0.00123
Haiku 4.5 $0.00061 $0.00061

Measured 12d ago against content hash a93b2c9e085f, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

sales-claw-ts AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Sales Claw — AI Agent Instructions

Japanese version: docs/ja/AGENTS.md

This file is an entry point for AI agents that read AGENTS.md (Codex CLI / Gemini CLI / etc.).

The canonical operational rules, workflow, and MCP usage contract live in CLAUDE.md. Read that file as the single source of truth.

Historically we maintained AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md separately, but they drifted apart. From 2.0.0 onward, CLAUDE.md is the only authoritative source.

Quick Pointers

Forbidden actions (excerpt from CLAUDE.md)

Agents must never do the following. See the "ABSOLUTE RULE" section in CLAUDE.md for the full list.

  • Logging awaiting_approval after only generating a message (without touching the form).
  • Writing a form_fill log entry without ever opening the form.
  • Going to awaiting_approval without taking a screenshot.
  • Silently going to awaiting_approval after "couldn't find the form" — this must be an error log entry with the reason explicitly stated.
  • Omitting sentMessage from the details of awaiting_approval / submitted.
  • Typing a degenerate body that is just a contact-info dump (TEL / MAIL only).

Workflow (excerpt from CLAUDE.md)

Per-company required flow (no step may be skipped):

Step 0: MCP Playwright prerequisites
Step 1: Company-site analysis
Step 2: Message generation
Step 3: Form-URL discovery
Step 4: Form-structure analysis
Step 5: Fill the form ★ NEVER SKIP
Step 6: Screenshot ★ NEVER SKIP
Step 7: Register awaiting_approval

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
