yhteentoimivuusagentti: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

yhteentoimivuusagentti CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from jrastas/yhteentoimivuusagentti. It costs 2,670 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Project instructions for an assistant working with Finland’s Interoperability Platform, a public source of agreed terms, data models, and code lists. They explain how to use Finnish government terminology consistently in design and technical documents.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when writing specifications or architecture documents that need standard Finnish terms, approved data structures, or valid code-list values.
Why use it?
They reduce inconsistent wording and incorrect references when documenting systems for Finnish government or building projects.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Opus 5 $0.01335 $0.01335

Security

Grade A, and why

yhteentoimivuusagentti CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.

Yhteentoimivuusalusta MCP Server

Project Overview

This project creates an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that integrates with Finland's Yhteentoimivuusalusta (Interoperability Platform) to assist with design documentation by ensuring proper use of standardized Finnish terminology, data models, and code values.

Platform Components

  • Sanastot (sanastot.suomi.fi) - Terminologies and vocabularies (~90 vocabularies)
  • Tietomallit (tietomallit.suomi.fi) - Data models and schemas (~170 models)
  • Koodistot (koodistot.suomi.fi) - Code lists and classifications (700+ code lists)

Primary Use Case

When writing design documents, technical specifications, or architecture descriptions for Finnish government or building industry projects, the tool will:

  • Suggest correct standardized terms from relevant vocabularies
  • Reference appropriate data models for data structure descriptions
  • Provide valid code list values for enumerations
  • Validate terminology consistency across documentation

Technology Stack

  • Language: Python 3.11+
  • MCP Library: mcp Python package (Anthropic official SDK)
  • HTTP Client: httpx (async support)
  • Caching: diskcache (local) or Redis (shared)
  • Data Models: pydantic for validation
  • Optional: voikko (Finnish NLP), rapidfuzz (fuzzy matching), openpyxl (Excel), rdflib (RDF/OWL)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

yhteentoimivuusagentti CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository jrastas/yhteentoimivuusagentti (2 stars, last pushed 5mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 2,670 tokens to every session, about $0.0134 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
