Wiki de Conhecimento (Memória Persistente - OKF)
O projeto utiliza o padrão Open Knowledge Format (OKF) para evitar a redescoberta de conhecimento do zero.
- Princípio: O conhecimento deve ser compilado e mantido atualizado no Wiki, não re-derivado a cada query.
