com.doji.package-authoring AGENTS.md

com.doji.package-authoring AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from julienkay/com.doji.package-authoring. It costs 634 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A set of project instructions for a Unity 6.3 template used to create reusable Unity packages and their sample or test projects.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when adding or changing Unity package code, editor-only tools, assembly definitions, serialized properties, assets, or project documentation.
Why use it?
It gives coding agents consistent rules about where code belongs, which files are authoritative, how project memory is stored, and how Unity code should be structured.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00634 $0.00634
Opus 5 $0.00317 $0.00317
Sonnet 5 $0.00127 $0.00127
Haiku 4.5 $0.00063 $0.00063

Measured 5d ago against content hash 30855551cd2d, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

com.doji.package-authoring AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Project Intent

This repository is a Unity 6.3 template project centered on editor tooling for creating reusable Unity packages and companion sample or test projects.

Source Of Truth

Prefer these locations:

  • com.doji.package-authoring/: local package under development
  • .codex/skills/: project-specific skills; when a task matches one, read and follow the relevant SKILL.md
  • .codex/project-memory.md: durable project memory and agent-oriented project context

Prefer working in existing package folders when functionality is package-owned.

Project Memory

Keep durable project memory in .codex/project-memory.md.

Do not create or maintain a second long-lived project memory file under docs/.

Conventions

When adding code:

  • keep editor-only code in Editor folders or editor-only assemblies
  • use asmdefs deliberately and keep assembly references explicit
  • keep namespaces, folders, and asmdef boundaries coherent for Unity and Rider
  • preserve .meta files when moving Unity assets or scripts

C# Style (Unity)

  • No raw public fields.
  • Prefer properties over public fields.
  • Use [field: SerializeField] public TYPE Name { get; private set; } when inspector/serializer input should be externally read-only.
  • Use [field: SerializeField] public TYPE Name { get; set; } for serialized data objects/DTOs that are intentionally edited through tooling code.
  • Use [SerializeField] private TYPE name; for private Inspector fields.
  • Private instance fields use _camelCase.
  • Private computed properties may use PascalCase when they read like derived values rather than stored state.
  • Private static readonly shared collections/values may use PascalCase when treated as internal constants/shared state.
  • Place multiple attributes on separate lines.
  • Prefer property-based public APIs; keep backing fields private or compiler-generated.
  • Follow Unity conventions for MonoBehaviour and EditorWindow methods; do not add unnecessary Update() or FixedUpdate().

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
