Purpose

This repository contains a small dependency-light MCP server for Apache Incubator PMC (IPMC) oversight views.

It composes lifecycle data from the apache-podlings-mcp package, health-report data from the apache-health-mcp package, cached report data from apache-incubator-reports-mcp, cached general-list mail data from apache-incubator-mail-mcp, release artifact data from apache-incubator-releases-mcp, and ASF naming / branding / third-party-use checks from apache-trademark-mcp into opinionated Incubator-level tools for podling risk, readiness, mentoring needs, release visibility, trademark compliance, and community-health summaries.

This is an IPMC / Incubator oversight MCP, not a board tool.
