Base API URL: Defined via API_BASE_URL in .env (defaults to productsupport.ingg.com).

User Interface & Deep Linking

UI Mode: Only the Classic UI is supported.
Ticket Deep Links: Links to view tickets in the browser must use the Classic UI URL format:
