Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00637 | $0.00637 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00318 | $0.00318 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00127 | $0.00127 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00064 | $0.00064 |
Grade A, and why
analytics-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 51 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md — analytics-mcp
Open-source unified web-analytics MCP server (GA4 + Cloudflare + Vercel +
GSC). Read SPEC.md before changing anything structural.
Non-negotiable rules
- The org decoupling. No organization name, property id, zone id, domain
or token appears in code, tests, fixtures or docs — ever. Business use is
pure configuration (
SITES_CONFIG+ env). Fixtures use fictitious ids. - Probe before typing. No adapter or tool is typed against a guessed
response shape. Run
pnpm probe(F1+), read the capture inscratch/, type against that. This repo inherits the rule from PowerAutomate_mcp and it applies even to documented APIs — docs drift, captures don't. - The seam stays clean.
createServer()imports nothing from Vercel/HTTP/stdio. Environment switching lives only in entry points (api/mcp.ts,src/index.ts,src/serve.ts) andsources/registry.ts. An environmentifinside a tool is a bug, not a shortcut. - Secrets never transit tool output.
list_sourcesreports presence (configured: true), never values. Upstream error bodies are truncated; auth headers are never echoed.
Conventions (inherited from PowerAutomate_mcp)
- ESM (
NodeNext),strict, single quotes, semicolons, printWidth 100. - One tool per file in
src/tools/, exportingxSchema(zod) +handleX. - All tools read-only in v1; every handler routes through
runTool. pnpm verify= check + lint + format:check + test + gates. Run before calling any phase done.
Phase gates
pnpm gates builds and runs tests/gates/ against dist/ — small
security + performance suites that grow per phase (see SPEC.md § Phase
gates). They spawn the compiled server; they are excluded from pnpm test.
Scope
In v1: read-only analytics across the 4 sources, normalized query, raw
escape hatch, OAuth 2.1 remote + stdio local. Out: writes of any kind,
multi-tenant auth, the mcp-subprocess adapter (interface exists, no impl).
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

analytics-mcp CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository karenrebecag/analytics-mcp (1 stars, last pushed 11d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 637 tokens to every session, about $0.0032 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
