Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00523 $0.00523
Opus 5 $0.00262 $0.00262
Sonnet 5 $0.00105 $0.00105
Haiku 4.5 $0.00052 $0.00052

Measured 9d ago against content hash c636c3ac2b15, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-09, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

cinematic-scroll-landing CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

cinematic-scroll-landing — project guide

Dual-purpose repo: the cinematic-scroll-landing skill (dev master at the repo root: SKILL.md, references/, scripts/) and its living proof, the Codex Academy demo (demo/ — a full-page book-scroll landing page for a fictional Moodle LMS trial).

The install rule (the one thing not to forget)

The ACTIVE skill copy is ~/.claude/skills/cinematic-scroll-landing/. Editing repo files does nothing until re-copied:

cp SKILL.md ~/.claude/skills/cinematic-scroll-landing/
cp references/*.md ~/.claude/skills/cinematic-scroll-landing/references/
cp scripts/*.py ~/.claude/skills/cinematic-scroll-landing/scripts/

Demo commands

  • In demo/: npm run dev / build / preview; npx vitest run (11 tests: timeline math + content wiring).
  • From repo root: python scripts/audit_images.py demo (image wiring audit).
  • In demo/: node shoot.mjs <url> <outdir> (screenshot sweep at exact timeline units via the window.__lenis hook) and node console-check.mjs <url> (error sweep across the full scroll).

Deploy

npx vercel deploy --prod --yes from demo/ (CLI already authed; project codex-academy, team kash12). Live: https://codex-academy-five.vercel.app — plain codex-academy.vercel.app is SOMEONE ELSE'S site. .vercel/ stays gitignored.

Imagery

Generated via the banana skill's direct-API fallback script with the key at ~/.banana/api_key.txt; locked template + generation-ops rules in references/imagery-universe.md. Generator originals land in ~/Documents/nanobanana_generated/; only optimized WebP/JPEG (see ship-size discipline) enter demo/public/.

Policies (this demo deploys publicly)

CTA intentionally inert; no forms or data collection; all institutions, people, and stats fictional; "Powered by Moodle™" is nominative credit only.

History

Spec, plan, and retrospective live in docs/superpowers/. The original kimi-3-swarm skill is preserved as the baseline commit.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
