cc-mascot: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

cc-mascot CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from kazakago/cc-mascot. It costs 1,347 tokens per session, scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

Technical instructions for a desktop app that turns coding-agent messages into Japanese speech and displays them through an animated 3D character. It supports Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, and Antigravity.

In plain words
What is it for?
Maintaining the Electron application, connecting it to coding-agent logs, generating Japanese voice output, displaying VRM 3D characters, and synchronizing speech with lip movement.
Why use it?
It documents how the app watches agent logs, filters messages, analyzes simple emotions, produces speech, and keeps audio in order.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01347 $0.01347
Opus 5 $0.00674 $0.00674
Sonnet 5 $0.00269 $0.00269
Haiku 4.5 $0.00135 $0.00135

Security

Grade A, and why

cc-mascot CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Claude Code / Codex / Gemini CLI / Antigravity

Electron + React + Three.js + VRM

  • React + TypeScript + Vite (フロントエンド)
  • Three.js + @react-three/fiber (3D
  • @pixiv/three-vrm (VRMモデル対応)
  • Web Audio API (音声解析・リップシンク)
  • AivisSpeech / VOICEVOX (日本語TTS)

    • AivisSpeech / VOICEVOX (localhost:8564) API

  • ログ監視・パース: electron/logMonitor.ts, electron/adapters/, electron/parsers/
  • 音声・リップシンク: src/hooks/useSpeech.ts, src/hooks/useLipSync.ts
  • VRM描画・制御: src/hooks/useVRM.ts, src/hooks/useVRMAnimation.ts, src/hooks/useCursorTracking.ts

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
