sdd-starter: Instructions file for Claude Code

AGENTS.md

sdd-starter AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode from KazukiShinomiya/sdd-starter. It costs 1,053 tokens per session, scanned A, original, Unlicense.

Project instructions that give AI coding agents shared context about a repository, including its tools, recent changes, and development rules.

In plain words
What is it for?
Describing the active technology stack, recording recent changes, explaining how templates and project principles should be handled, and documenting agent hooks and supported coding agents.
Why use it?
They reduce repeated explanations and help agents make changes that fit the project's existing conventions and constraints.

Instructions file for Claude CodeCodexOpenCode

Written for Claude Code and Codex and OpenCode: ${CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR} variable, but also the file is AGENTS.md. Also seen: reads .claude/ paths; mentions CLAUDE.md; mentions Claude Code.

This is KazukiShinomiya/sdd-starter's own configuration. It tells Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode how to work on sdd-starter itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything sdd-starter configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01053 $0.01053
Opus 5 $0.00526 $0.00526
Sonnet 5 $0.00211 $0.00211
Haiku 4.5 $0.00105 $0.00105

Security

Grade A, and why

sdd-starter AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

AGENTS.md - Project context (shared memory for AI agents)

Active tech stack

  • bash
  • Windows PowerShell 5.1
  • GitHub Actions (ubuntu + windows)
  • shellcheck / PSScriptAnalyzer (CI lint)
  • Claude Code hooks (PostToolUse)
  • git (hash-object)

Recent changes

memory/constitution.md下流プロダクト向けの雛形 だ。

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
