Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.04467 | $0.04467 |
| Opus 5 | $0.02233 | $0.02233 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00893 | $0.00893 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00447 | $0.00447 |
Grade A, and why
oh-my-pm AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 252 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Overview
Oh-My-PM is an AI Agent workflow system for Product Managers, implemented as a Skills plugin installable into Claude Code and Codex. There is no application code, build step, or runtime of its own — the repository is a curated set of Markdown prompt definitions (Skills, Subagents, Commands), HTML prototype templates, and one bash test script.
The system features a 3-layer core (Perception → Strategy → Design) + Validation loop with 12 Skills (8 domain + 4 workflows, incl. the ompm intent router), 6 Subagents, and 4 Commands. The former Delivery layer was retired in v1.0.0: PRD pre-review lives in prd-gen's tail gate, release checklists/strategy live in feature-launch.
Portability (v1.1.0+): the skills/ layer is self-sufficient — npx skills add (any agent: codex, cursor, copilot…) installs all 12 skills with full capability (routing, evidence discipline, execution profiles included). The Claude Code marketplace plugin adds host-specific enhancements on top: 6 subagents (isolated execution, model tiering) and 4 slash commands (quick entry, incl. the /ompm shim). Skill bodies must not hard-code host-specific tool names (e.g. AskUserQuestion, mcp__*) except inside "e.g. on Claude Code…" example phrasing.
Current plugin version: 1.4.0 (see .claude-plugin/plugin.json — the single version source). See docs/planning/roadmap.md and CHANGELOG.md for version history.
Commands

bash tests/test-skills.sh
# Run behavioral evals (real model calls, costs tokens; optionally filter by skill)
bash evals/run-evals.sh [skill-name]
# Install plugin from GitHub
npx skills add kelegele/oh-my-pm -a claude-code # Claude Code
npx skills add kelegele/oh-my-pm -a codex # Codex
# Install plugin from a local checkout
npx skills add . -a claude-code
npx skills add . -a codex
# Usage examples (via natural language in Claude Code or Codex)
# "Analyze the competitive differences between Notion and Feishu docs" → competitive-analysis
# "Write a PRD for user profile redesign" → prd-gen
# "How did this feature perform after launch?" → retrospective
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
