edumints-scorm-mcp: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

edumints-scorm-mcp AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from kemalyy/edumints-scorm-mcp. It costs 2,042 tokens per session, scanned B, original, MIT.

Instructions for a self-hosted server that turns structured input from an AI client into a SCORM e-learning package. SCORM is a common format that lets online courses run in learning-management systems such as Moodle.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when modifying the server, its data models, storage, rendering, packaging, or validation, and when checking changes before a pull request.
Why use it?
It explains the project’s architecture, setup, tests, and boundaries so changes do not break its public tools or its packaged courses.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.02042 $0.02042
Opus 5 $0.01021 $0.01021
Sonnet 5 $0.00408 $0.00408
Haiku 4.5 $0.00204 $0.00204

Security

Grade B, and why

edumints-scorm-mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade B with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Asks for rootmediumPrivilege escalation

A mod that escalates privileges can change anything on the machine, not only the project.

1. What this project is

A self-hostable FastMCP server that turns a structured spec from an AI client into a self-contained, SCORM-compliant e-learning package (HTML5 + the vendored scorm-again runtime).

Invariant architecture principle: Author = the MCP client · Assembler = this server. The server never calls an LLM. It only validates, scaffolds, renders components, bridges the runtime, and packages. Any change that violates this is rejected.

Output: a self-contained index.html + imsmanifest.xml + assets + embedded SCORM runtime, zipped — runs in any LMS (Moodle, SCORM Cloud).

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
