cerebras-multi-mcp: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

cerebras-multi-mcp CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from khansabassem/cerebras-multi-mcp. It costs 186 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Project instructions for a Cerebras MCP server, an MCP connection to Cerebras AI models. They define which model to use for different coding tasks and where API keys are supplied.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when creating code in this project, choosing a Cerebras model, or following its API-key rules.
Why use it?
They keep code generation consistent and prevent secret keys from being written directly into source files.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00186 $0.00186
Opus 5 $0.00093 $0.00093
Sonnet 5 $0.00037 $0.00037
Haiku 4.5 $0.00019 $0.00019

Measured 11d ago against content hash 44aba205c6dd, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

cerebras-multi-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Cerebras MCP Project

Code Generation Rule

For ALL code writing and file creation tasks, use the cerebras-code:write MCP tool instead of the built-in Write/Edit tools. This delegates code generation to Cerebras fast inference.

Model Selection

Choose the Cerebras model based on task complexity via the CEREBRAS_MODEL env var:

  • llama3.1-8b — simple/boilerplate code, quick edits
  • gpt-oss-120b — complex features, multi-component code
  • zai-glm-4.7 — advanced reasoning, algorithms, architecture
  • qwen-3-235b-a22b-instruct-2507 — detailed instruction following, documentation-heavy code

API Keys

Cerebras and OpenRouter keys are configured in the MCP server env vars. Do not hardcode them.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
