Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.08031 | $0.08031 |
| Opus 5 | $0.04015 | $0.04015 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.01606 | $0.01606 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00803 | $0.00803 |
Grade A, and why
Meta_Kim AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 458 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Meta_Kim for Codex
This file is the Codex entrypoint for maintaining Meta_Kim. Read it as the resident operating guide for this repository, not as a marketing overview.
Fast Read
If you only keep five rules in mind:
- Meta_Kim is one cross-runtime governance system. Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, and Cursor are projections of the same canonical layer.
meta-wardenis the normal public front door. Other meta agents are backstage specialists.- Dispatch is capability-first: describe the capability, search agents / skills / tools / capability indexes, then choose the best owner.
- Long-term behavior lives in
canonical/,config/contracts/, andconfig/capability-index/. Runtime trees (.claude/,.codex/,.cursor/,openclaw/) are gitignored projections — runnpm run meta:syncafter clone to generate them locally. - User-visible run-scoped worker labels may be coarse English role-family names such as
frontend, backend, ortest, but Meta_Kim does not project those execution labels as durable agents. Durable governance files stay with the ninemeta-*owners.
Codex Output Rules
- On Windows, do not output raw Windows paths in normal Markdown text. Wrap paths in backticks and prefer forward slashes, for example
D:/path/to/project. - Do not paste full diffs or patches into chat after GitHub submit.
- After GitHub submit, report only the branch name, commit hash, PR URL when present, and a short summary.
What This Repository Is
Do not read Meta_Kim as a folder full of unrelated prompt files.
Read it as:
a cross-runtime architecture pack for intent amplification, governed through small replaceable meta units and projected into multiple AI runtimes.
In this repo, meta means the smallest governable unit that supports intent amplification. A valid meta unit:
- owns one clear responsibility class
- states what it refuses, not only what it does
- can be reviewed on its own
- can be replaced or rolled back
- does not silently absorb unrelated responsibilities
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
