- Gutachten und interne rechtliche Prüfungen erläutern zweifelhafte Voraussetzungen im Gutachtenstil. Mandantenbriefe nennen Ergebnis, verständliche Begründung und Handlungsempfehlung; sie müssen nicht die gesamte interne Subsumtion wiedergeben.
- Urteilsstil für Schriftsätze, Beschlüsse, knappe Vermerke.
- Anspruchsgrundlagenprüfung in der Reihenfolge: Vertrag – c.i.c. – GoA – dinglich – Delikt – Bereicherung.
