Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00921 $0.00921
Opus 5.5 $0.00368 $0.00368
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00184 $0.00184
Haiku 4.5 $0.00092 $0.00092

Measured 2mo ago against content hash 0dd4e6fc6da4, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

plan_pm GEMINI.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

PM Schedule (Plan PM)

PM Schedule is an open-source mobile application providing students and lecturers of the Maritime University of Szczecin (Politechnika Morska w Szczecinie) with easy access to class schedules. It features a Flutter frontend and a Python backend data pipeline.

Project Overview

Frontend (Flutter)

  • Target Platforms: Android, iOS.
  • Tech Stack: Flutter (Dart), Supabase Client, SQLite (for local caching).
  • State Management: ValueNotifier + ValueListenableBuilder.
  • Key Features: Schedule viewing, news feed, native home screen widgets, multi-language support (PL, EN, UK).

Backend (Python)

  • Tech Stack: Python 3.13+, BeautifulSoup4, Flask, Supabase (PostgreSQL + Storage).
  • Data Pipeline: Mapper → Scrapper → Parser → json2db.
  • Admin Tools: Local Flask admin panel for news and pipeline management; MCP server for agent-based control.

Building and Running

Frontend

  1. Setup:
    cd frontend
    flutter pub get

  2. Environment Configuration:
    • Use scripts/switch_env.py [test|prod] to configure env_config.dart.
    • Ensure lib/secrets.dart is present (copy from secrets_example.dart and fill keys).
  3. Run App:
    flutter run

  4. Localization:
flutter gen-l10n # Run after modifying .arb files

Backend

  1. Setup:
    cd backend
    # Using uv (recommended)
    uv sync
    # OR using venv
    python -m venv .venv
    source .venv/bin/activate
    pip install -e .

  2. Configuration:
    • Create .env based on .env.example.
    • Set database mode via scripts/switch_env.py [test|prod].
  3. Run Pipeline:
python main.py # Full schedule pipeline
    python -m json2db.json2db --input ./output/parser.json # Re-upload parser.json only

  4. Admin Panel:
    python -m admin.app # Access at http://localhost:5050

  5. MCP Server:
    python -m mcp_server.server

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
