Koni-ea CLAUDE.md

Koni-ea CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for coding agents from Koniverse/Koni-ea. It costs 404 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Project instructions for Koni-ea, including how its documentation tool is configured and where the current sprint context is stored. Koni-docs is a command-line tool for managing project documentation and sprint information.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when working on Koni-ea documentation, checking sprint status, or using the koni-docs command-line tool.
Why use it?
It tells an AI coding assistant which instruction file is authoritative and how to access the project's documentation context. It also avoids relying on package-manager commands that this content-only repository does not provide.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00404 $0.00404
Opus 5 $0.00202 $0.00202
Sonnet 5 $0.00081 $0.00081
Haiku 4.5 $0.00040 $0.00040

Measured 5d ago against content hash 6a39261d21d4, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-05, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

Koni-ea CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

CLAUDE.md — koni-ea

This project uses AGENTS.md as the single source of truth for all AI instructions — project purpose, repo structure, conventions, skill catalog, documentation map, and commit discipline. On any conflict between this file and AGENTS.md, AGENTS.md wins.

This file holds only the Claude-Code activation surface for the koni-docs skill (Koni-Docs Integration config + Active Context pointer).

Koni-Docs Integration

koni-docs: plugins: [] # none in v0.1 docs_path: docs/ # where docs live active_sprint: sprint-2026-W31 # seeded at bootstrap; open it for real via koni-docs version_file: VERSION # path to semver file

CLI: this is a content repo — no package.json, so there are no agile:* npm aliases. Call the koni-docs CLI directly (koni-docs status --docs-path docs/) with @koniverse/koni-docs installed globally, or via npx @koniverse/koni-docs <subcommand>.

Active Context

Moved to .active-context.md — see .active-context.example.md for the template and the gitignored-on-purpose rationale. The auto-update block (sprint / active stories / decisions / lessons) and the per-developer block (GitHub login, git name/email, current branch, workspace path) both live there.

When you start working in this repo, copy the example to .active-context.md and fill in your local-developer details. Koni-docs T1-T7 triggers update the sprint block inside .active-context.md, not here.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
