Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01759 $0.01759
Opus 5 $0.00879 $0.00879
Sonnet 5 $0.00352 $0.00352
Haiku 4.5 $0.00176 $0.00176

Measured 11d ago against content hash 151b656ddd71, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-10, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

claude-power-platform-community CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 183 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Power Platform — Non-Negotiable Standards

These rules are always active. They apply to every skill, every interaction.

Three-Layer Architecture (Code Apps)

src/components/ → Presentation only. Props in, callbacks out. Zero service calls.
src/hooks/ → Business logic. The ONLY layer that calls generated services.
src/generated/ → Auto-generated by PAC CLI. NEVER manually edit.

Hard Rules

  • Always use PAC CLI-generated services — never raw fetch/axios
  • Always use $select on every Dataverse query — never fetch all columns
  • Always handle loading, error, and empty states in every component
  • Always use TypeScript strict mode — no any types
  • Never hardcode environment URLs, GUIDs, or secrets
  • Never embed secrets in source code (published Code Apps are publicly accessible)
  • Router basename must be normalized for Power Apps hosting
  • Provider stack order: ThemeProvider → SonnerProvider → QueryProvider → RouterProvider

Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA — Mandatory)

  • Semantic HTML first (<button>, <nav>, <main>) — ARIA is a last resort
  • Every form input has a label, every icon button has aria-label
  • Visible :focus-visible on all interactive elements
  • Skip-to-main-content link, aria-live regions for dynamic content
  • 4.5:1 text contrast, 3:1 for UI elements, never color alone for information
  • Content reflows at 320px and 200% zoom without horizontal scroll
  • Accessibility is part of EVERY code review, not a separate pass

ALM (Always — From Day One)

  • Solution-aware from the start
  • Environment variables for all environment-specific values
  • Managed solutions for test/prod — never import unmanaged to production
  • Connection references for all flow connections
  • Version increment on every deployment

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
