What is RulePort workflow-standards.instructions.md?

A set of rules for maintaining and testing a synchronization tool. It defines which rule files are the source of truth and which files are generated copies for other tools.

Use it when changing files in .cursor/rules, running the required sync command, checking generated output, or testing the sync core with a target such as Copilot.

It prevents developers from editing generated copies that may be overwritten, and reminds them to synchronize and test changes before committing.

Sync Protocol

After editing any file in .cursor/rules/, you MUST run:
