Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01233 $0.01233
Opus 5 $0.00616 $0.00616
Sonnet 5 $0.00247 $0.00247
Haiku 4.5 $0.00123 $0.00123

Security

Grade A, and why

lenny_skills_plus CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Project Overview

A curated library of 87 agent-executable skill packs (skills/) converted from RefoundAI's "Lenny skills," plus the tooling to produce more. Skills are portable across OpenAI Codex and Claude Code. All generated skill pack content must be in English.

Common Commands

# Lint a single skill pack
python3 skills/lenny-skillpack-creator/scripts/lint_skillpack.py skills/<skill-slug>

# Lint all skill packs (CI-style, skip mirror check for local dev)
python3 scripts/ci_check_skillpacks.py --skip-mirror-check

# Mirror canonical skills to .codex/ and .claude/ for local auto-discovery
python3 scripts/mirror_skills.py --overwrite

# Check bilingual doc pairing (EN + zh-CN)
python3 scripts/check_bilingual_docs.py

# Python syntax validation
python -m compileall scripts skills

# Scaffold a new skill pack
python3 skills/lenny-skillpack-creator/scripts/init_skillpack.py skills/<skill-slug>

# Regenerate skills catalog / audit report
python3 scripts/generate_skills_catalog.py
python3 scripts/generate_audit_report.py

Architecture

Directory Layout

  • skills/<skill-slug>/ — Canonical skill packs (tracked in git). Each contains SKILL.md, skillpack.json, README.md, and references/ with 7 standard files (INTAKE, WORKFLOW, TEMPLATES, CHECKLISTS, RUBRIC, SOURCE_SUMMARY, EXAMPLES).
  • .codex/skills/, .claude/skills/ — Generated mirrors for tool auto-discovery (git-ignored). Regenerate with mirror_skills.py.
  • scripts/ — Python utilities for CI validation, mirroring, doc generation, and normalization.
  • skills/lenny-skillpack-creator/ — The meta-skill that converts Refound sources into skill packs. Also contains the linter and scaffolding scripts under its scripts/ subdirectory.
  • sources/refound/ — Upstream manifest; raw/ subdirectory for downloaded sources (git-ignored).
  • docs/ — Bilingual documentation (EN + *.zh-CN.md).

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
