What is ccxray CLAUDE.md?

A set of Claude Code instructions for the ccxray project. It explains the project, its commands, important rules, and smoke tests, which are quick checks that the main functions still work.

Use it when working on ccxray with Claude Code, especially before running commands or checking a change.
