Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.02320 | $0.02320 |
| Opus 5 | $0.01160 | $0.01160 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00464 | $0.00464 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00232 | $0.00232 |
Grade A, and why
outlook-assistant CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 157 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md - Outlook Assistant
MCP server for Microsoft Outlook via Graph API (v3.9.0). 22 tools across 9 modules.
Commands
npm install # Install dependencies (run first)
npm start # Start MCP server
npm run auth-server # Start OAuth server on :3333 (browser auth only)
npm test # Run Jest tests
npm run test-mode # Start with mock data (USE_TEST_MODE=true)
npm run inspect # MCP Inspector for interactive testing
npx kill-port 3333 # Kill auth server if port blocked
Authentication
Device code flow (default — recommended for remote/headless; no auth server, SSH tunnel, or port forwarding needed):
- Call
authtool withaction=authenticate→ returns a code + URL (device-code by default) - Visit the URL on any device, enter the code, and sign in
- Call
authtool withaction=device-code-complete→ tokens saved
Browser redirect flow (alternative, localhost only):
- Start the auth server:
npm run auth-server(needsOUTLOOK_CLIENT_ID/OUTLOOK_CLIENT_SECRETenv vars) - Call
authtool withaction=authenticate, method=browser→ returns a URL - Open the URL → Microsoft login → grant permissions → tokens saved automatically
Full walkthrough: docs/how-to/getting-started/connect-outlook-to-claude.md. The MCP server reads its own credentials from .mcp.json inline kc_get calls.
Azure prerequisites:
- Add platform: Authentication > Add a platform > Mobile and desktop applications > check
nativeclientURI - Enable "Allow public client flows" in Authentication > Advanced settings
- Use a private/incognito browser for
microsoft.com/devicelogin(avoids cached session interference)
Token refresh: Tokens auto-refresh when expired (via token-storage.js). Re-authentication only needed when the refresh token expires (~90 days).
Architecture

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
