Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00992 | $0.00992 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00496 | $0.00496 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00198 | $0.00198 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00099 | $0.00099 |
Grade A, and why
public-equity-research AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 110 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Codex Harness Entry
If you are Claude Code, ignore this file. Your session entry point is
CLAUDE.md, and the existing .claude/agents/ plus .claude/skills/
harness remains authoritative for Claude Code.
If you are Codex or another non-Claude agent, follow this file. This repo was built around Claude Code, so Codex should use the portable Python entrypoints and read Claude skills as procedural documentation instead of trying to invoke Claude-only tools.
Operating Contract
- Preserve Claude behavior unless the user explicitly asks to change it.
- Prefer
python3, notpython, in this repo. - Keep edits scoped. Do not refactor the Claude harness as part of a Codex run unless that is the stated task.
- Use blank over wrong: if a sourced value cannot be validated, leave it empty or let validation downgrade it instead of inventing a number.
- Keep raw tier artifacts out of analyst prompts by default. Facts should flow
through
validated-data.json,evidence-pack.json, and calculation outputs. - Treat
_sanitizationblocks as trust-boundary metadata. Preserve them when generating or transforming portable artifacts. - Do not read
.env*files. Refer only to environment variable names in docs or guidance.
Primary Commands
Mode A, headless single-stock analysis:
python3 scripts/run_analysis.py \
--ticker AAPL \
--mode A \
--lang en \
--market US \
--run-id codex_aapl_a
Mode C, production dashboard path for Codex:
python3 scripts/run_mode_c.py \
--ticker AAPL \
--mode C \
--lang en \
--market US \
--run-id codex_aapl_c
Useful Mode C flags:
--skip-network: use offline/skipped collection paths where supported.--reuse-collected: reuse artifacts already present underoutput/runs/{run_id}/.--peer-tickers MSFT,NVDA,GOOGL: override peer selection.--web-provider tavily|brave|none: choose the portable web search wrapper.
scripts/run_analysis.py advertises --mode C for compatibility, but Codex
Mode C delivery should use scripts/run_mode_c.py.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
