hermes-finance: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

hermes-finance AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from Lzh-xbccz/hermes-finance. It costs 686 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Project instructions for Hermes Finance, a market-data and analysis toolkit. They list its command-line entry points, MCP tools, data resources, prompts, and rules for using current market data.

In plain words
What is it for?
Routing and fetching data for cryptocurrencies, futures, foreign exchange, US stocks, and Chinese A-shares, then running the toolkit's market and technical analyses.
Why use it?
They tell a coding agent how this repository is organized and which interfaces to use, reducing uncertainty when fetching or analyzing financial information.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00686 $0.00686
Opus 5 $0.00343 $0.00343
Sonnet 5 $0.00137 $0.00137
Haiku 4.5 $0.00069 $0.00069

Security

Grade A, and why

hermes-finance AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

MCP Resources And Prompts

  • finance://routing
  • finance://framework/{market}
  • deep_market_analysis
  • eight_dimension_analysis
  • czsc_confirmation_review

Rules

  • Use latest market data for live analysis.
  • Read the target market Skill framework before writing a final market view.
  • For every market analysis request, do not give a quick summary. Fetch full market data, run CZSC when K-lines are available, and output all eight dimensions.
  • All market answers must include 各维度证据, 方向判断依据, 反向审计, 缠论确认, and 最终方向 in that order. CZSC cannot override dimensions 1-7; if unavailable, mark dimension 8 as insufficient.
  • Treat CZSC as technical confirmation, not as the primary decision layer. Never make CZSC score the main reason for the final stance.
  • Build 各维度证据 from dimensions 1-7 first, then synthesize direction from evidence strength and run counter-direction audit before 最终方向; use CZSC only to confirm, conflict, downgrade confidence, and refine entry/exit timing. Do not use voting counts or weighted scoring to decide direction.
  • Do not force 做多 / 做空. If evidence is mixed, stale, incomplete, or contradicted, final direction must be 观望, 震荡, or 无方向优势.
  • Separate raw facts from inference.
  • State missing data and source failures using source_status / errors.
  • This project is for technical research, not investment advice.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
