What is Zugzwang AGENTS.md?

A project instruction file for the Zugzwang codebase. It tells coding agents what to read, who has final authority, and which rules must always hold.

Use it to guide agent work in Zugzwang, including the reading order, project mission, human approval, and global rules.

It gives agents shared guidance before they change the project, reducing the chance of missed instructions or conflicting decisions.
