Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01495 | $0.01495 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00747 | $0.00747 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00299 | $0.00299 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00150 | $0.00150 |
Grade A, and why
clinpharm-pmx-skills AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 145 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
ClinPharm PMx Skills contributor contract
Product
ClinPharm PMx Skills publishes portable Agent Skills for clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics. A skill reviews a Clinical Study Report, protocol, briefing document, label section, or analysis output for internal inconsistencies and reports what it found.
Turn any AI agent into a clinical pharmacologist and pharmacometrician.
It reviews, reconciles, and prepares evidence. It never selects a dose, signs off, or submits.
The repository holds 151 packages — 151 released, 0 built at the
2026-08-13 collection-manifest snapshot (clinical pharmacology 133 ·
pharmacometrics 16 · utilities 2). Regenerate the tally from
collections/*/collection.json before quoting it — this sentence is a dated
snapshot, not a live value. See .github/GOVERNANCE.md.
Corrected 2026-08-13. This paragraph read "21 packages … one is
releasedand twenty arebuilt" — a 2026-08-11 snapshot that survived the expansion to 151. It is recorded rather than silently swapped because it shows how a hand-written count drifts: the sentence even carried the instruction to regenerate before quoting, and that instruction was not followed by the sentence containing it.
What released means here, precisely. The package exists, validates, and has
passed the structural gates. It does not mean clinical validation. Three
blocker-severity findings against the evaluation suite are open and frozen, so
evaluation-gate qualification is explicitly incomplete — see
CLAIM-LEDGER.md. Do not write "passes every gate": name the
gate.
Skills work through ordinary chat attachments, project workspaces, and skill-aware tools.
The claim this repository defends
Every tool reports mechanical findings and states its denominator. None recommends a dose. None issues a clinical conclusion. Reporting that two documents disagree is not the same as deciding which one is right.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

clinpharm-pmx-skills AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository malekokour/clinpharm-pmx-skills (6 stars, last pushed 9d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 1,495 tokens to every session, about $0.0075 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
