bag-epl-mcp: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

bag-epl-mcp CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from malkreide/bag-epl-mcp. It costs 5,924 tokens per session, scanned A, a copy of zurich-opendata-mcp CLAUDE.md, MIT.

Project instructions for contributing to the bag-epl-mcp codebase and related repositories, including setup, tests, branches, and what to do when checks fail.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them before changing code to update the repository, follow its conventions, run the right checks, and diagnose failed builds.
Why use it?
They reduce mistakes caused by using an outdated clone, the wrong default branch, or the wrong verification command.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.05924 $0.05924
Opus 5 $0.02962 $0.02962
Sonnet 5 $0.01185 $0.01185
Haiku 4.5 $0.00592 $0.00592

Measured 6d ago against content hash 10cb8a3593d0, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

bag-epl-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Teil 1 — Portfolio-weite Konventionen

Vor der Arbeit

Klon-Aktualität prüfen — Standard-Branch ermitteln, nicht main annehmen:

B=$(git ls-remote --symref origin HEAD | sed -n 's|^ref: refs/heads/\([^[:space:]]*\).*|\1|p')
git fetch origin "${B:?Standard-Branch nicht ermittelbar}" &&
  git rev-list --count HEAD..FETCH_HEAD

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
