majia-chatcut-koubo: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

majia-chatcut-koubo AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from maojiebc/majia-chatcut-koubo. It costs 524 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Project instructions for the majia-chatcut-koubo repository, including delivery requirements and the product rules for its creator workflow. They describe how completed changes are checked, committed, pushed, and confirmed on GitHub.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when developing or delivering changes in this repository. They define the required verification and publishing steps and clarify which product operations belong to the official ChatCut Skills.
Why use it?
They prevent a change from being treated as delivered before tests, the release gate, and the GitHub main-branch confirmation are complete. They also keep the ordinary creator path focused on running, reviewing, or resuming work.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00524 $0.00524
Opus 5 $0.00262 $0.00262
Sonnet 5 $0.00105 $0.00105
Haiku 4.5 $0.00052 $0.00052

Security

Grade A, and why

majia-chatcut-koubo AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Repository delivery policy

For every completed development increment in this repository:

  1. Run the relevant focused checks and the full release gate when practical.
  2. Commit only the intended, verified changes.
  3. Fast-forward the local main branch to the verified commit.
  4. Push main to origin.
  5. Read back the GitHub main commit and confirm it exactly matches local HEAD.

A development increment is not complete until the GitHub main readback succeeds. If authentication, branch protection, CI, network access, or divergence prevents the push, report the work as not fully delivered and state the exact blocker.

This policy treats GitHub main as the formal code backup. It does not authorize automatic ClawHub releases, media uploads, video-platform publishing, or other external business actions.

V1.6 product contract

  • Optimize the ordinary creator path first: the starter prompt must route to run, review, or resume without requiring users to understand the internal engine.
  • Keep official ChatCut Skills as the source of truth for product operations and current tool parameters. This repository adds sequencing, defaults, approvals, recovery, and reporting.
  • Persist cross-session state through the Run Manifest and checkpoints. Never infer a successful write from a timeout; reconcile by reading the current timeline first.
  • Treat whole-sentence removal, numbers, proper nouns, negation, restructuring, privacy uncertainty, generated media, export, and publishing as high risk. They require explicit approval.
  • A representative sample approval must bind plan, style, layout, captions, timeline revision, and the sample-window fingerprint. Its exact scope must match the current sample; drift makes the approval stale.
  • Keep structural, visual, audio-measurement, human-listening, privacy, sample-approval, and final-review evidence separate in the handoff report.
  • The default delivery is an editable ChatCut timeline at review_ready; do not add music, motion graphics, B-roll, generated media, export, or publishing by default.
  • Offline fake-session checks never upgrade real ChatCut evidence. Public claims must follow reports/live-canary-v1.6.0.json and npm run validate:live-claim.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
