四条硬规则
- 开工前：先调用
get_board看公告板（先看板头的身份注释行，确认这是当前项目的板）， 再用claim_files认领你要动的文件。 - 公告板唯一存在形式是主目录的
~/.board-mcp/boards/目录，由init_bulletin创建。get_board提示"公告板还不存在"时，必须调用init_bulletin初始化； 禁止自行创建任何板文件（包括项目里的 board.md / 公告板.md）。 - 调用工具时不要自行传 project 参数（除非用户明确指定）——自己传参容易 操作到另一块板，造成"我认领了但看板是空的"的假象。
- 收尾时：调用
report_done汇报改动和结果（系统会自动检查冲突）。 - 禁止修改其他终端已认领的文件；撞车时先协调，不要硬改。
