Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00675 | $0.00675 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00338 | $0.00338 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00135 | $0.00135 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00068 | $0.00068 |
Grade A, and why
pankow-mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Sends data to an external URLlowData exfiltration
A POST to an outside endpoint may be telemetry or may be exfiltration; either way the mod talks to somewhere, and you should know where.
| Verify tools (with key) | `curl -X POST <endpoint> -H 'Authorization: Bearer pankow_mcp_<KEY>' -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -H 'Accept: application/json, text/event-stream' -H 'MCP-Protocol-Version: 2026-07-28' Downgraded: this mod is about security review, or the phrase is quoted, so it is likely naming the pattern rather than instructing it.
Makes network callslowCapability
Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.
| Check llms.txt links | `curl -sf https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Markera-OU/pankow-mcp/main/llms.txt` (all links must return 200) | How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 45 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
AGENTS.md — Pankow MCP Server Storefront
Project Overview
This repo is the PUBLIC STOREFRONT for the Pankow MCP server — a streamable-HTTP MCP server (JSON-RPC 2.0, MCP revision 2026-07-28) with 11 tool definitions for managing LLM tests, projects, and CI runs on the Pankow platform.
- Endpoint:
https://pankow-production.up.railway.app/mcp(dev:http://localhost:8080/mcp) - Registry name:
io.github.tobbykuyinu/pankow-mcp(GitHub-username namespace — see README note) - Language: Markdown + JSON manifests ONLY. No application code in this repo. The server implementation lives in the private pankow-api repo.
Commands
| Intent | Command |
|---|---|
| Validate server.json | npx mcp-publisher validate --strict server.json |
| Check llms.txt links | curl -sf https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Markera-OU/pankow-mcp/main/llms.txt (all links must return 200) |
| Verify endpoint live | curl -s -o /dev/null -w '%{http_code}' -X POST https://pankow-production.up.railway.app/mcp → expect 401 unauthenticated |
| Verify tools (with key) | curl -X POST <endpoint> -H 'Authorization: Bearer pankow_mcp_<KEY>' -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -H 'Accept: application/json, text/event-stream' -H 'MCP-Protocol-Version: 2026-07-28' -H 'Mcp-Method: tools/list' -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/list","params":{}}' |
Security
- 🚫 NEVER commit API keys, tokens, or credentials to this repo.
- 🚫 NEVER put real keys in server.json — the
headersarray declares the Authorization header withisSecret: trueso clients prompt users at install time. - ✅ Mention where keys come from (Pankow → Account Settings → MCP Access Keys) in README examples; always use placeholders.
Publishing
- Bump
versionin server.json on every change. Registry versions are immutable once published. - Registry PR goes to
modelcontextprotocol/registry→servers/dir. - Run
npx mcp-publisher validate --strict server.json(also in CI) before any registry PR. - When the pankow.ai DNS lands, swap
pankow-production.up.railway.app→pankow.aiin server.json + README + llms.txt and bump the version.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

pankow-mcp AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository Markera-OU/pankow-mcp (0 stars, last pushed 15d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 675 tokens to every session, about $0.0034 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 2 findings (sends data to an external url, makes network calls).
