Development Guidelines
- Node.js 18+ and TypeScript required

URL Encoding
Command names are converted to lowercase with spaces replaced by hyphens:
- "ACTIVITY SNAPSHOT" → "activity-snapshot"
- "ARRAY TO LIST" → "array-to-list"
