ai-learning-assistant: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

ai-learning-assistant CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from mhghotbi/ai-learning-assistant. It costs 178 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository instructions for an adaptive learning assistant. They make AGENTS.md the main guide and describe how to assess a learner, research a subject, propose a course, and create a separate learner workspace.

In plain words
What is it for?
Starting learner interviews, running calibration tasks, researching a subject, proposing a curriculum, and setting up the first learning cycle with working automation.
Why use it?
They give the assistant a consistent learning process and keep private learner information out of the framework repository.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00178 $0.00178
Opus 5 $0.00089 $0.00089
Sonnet 5 $0.00036 $0.00036
Haiku 4.5 $0.00018 $0.00018

Security

Grade A, and why

ai-learning-assistant CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Claude Code Entry Point

Follow AGENTS.md as the repository-wide authority.

When a learner asks to start:

  1. Read roles/designer.md.
  2. Run the concise adaptive interview in protocols/interview.md.
  3. Run a small calibration task using protocols/calibration.md.
  4. Research the current state of the target domain using protocols/research.md.
  5. Present a proposal using schemas/curriculum-proposal.md.
  6. Wait for approval before creating a learner workspace.
  7. After approval, instantiate only the files in templates/workspace/ that are necessary for the first cycle.

Do not modify this framework repository to store a learner's private profile or evidence. Create a separate local folder or repository selected by the learner.

Every completed cycle must include a working automation as defined in protocols/automation.md.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
