Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.02881 | $0.02881 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.01152 | $0.01152 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00576 | $0.00576 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00288 | $0.00288 |
Grade A, and why
loewen-menu-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 118 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Project Overview
MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for the Löwen Menü IBS5 meal ordering system. Exposes tools that let an LLM browse weekly school-lunch menus, view order history, manage the shopping cart, and place/remove meal orders via the IBS5 web API at ibs.loewen-menue.de.
⚠️ This repo is PUBLIC — check for personal data before every commit
This server talks to a real family's school-lunch accounts, so real names, account
numbers, building labels, school names and PINs pass through the session that writes
the code. None of it may reach a commit. Before staging anything, grep the diff —
including any new untracked files, which git diff does not show:
git diff; git ls-files --others --exclude-standard # review BOTH
grep -rinE '(S[0-9]{6}|[A-Z][a-z]-[0-9]{3,}|@[a-z]+\.(com|net|de))' server.py tests/ *.md
That grep is expected to produce hits — every synthetic fixture matches the same shapes. It is a candidate list, not a pass/fail: check each hit resolves to an approved synthetic value below, and treat anything else as a leak. A grep that must stay silent would have to hard-code the real identifiers, which is precisely what must not be here.
Scan by eye too, especially docstrings and comments rather than just code — a worked
example like profile labels are first names ("<a real child's name>") is the easiest
way to leak one, and has already happened once.
The test suite's rule is declared at the top of tests/conftest.py and applies to every
new test, fixture, docstring and comment: SYNTHETIC DATA ONLY — profiles child1 /
child2, login ids S000001 / S000002, numeric id 12345, display name Test Kind,
fabricated building codes (Wd-0001-), *.invalid e-mail domains. Placeholder shapes
(Surname, First Bldg-1234-, the _HOLDER_RE regex) are fine; real values are not.
Tech Stack
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

loewen-menu-mcp CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository mhlavac/loewen-menu-mcp (0 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 2,881 tokens to every session, about $0.0115 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
