Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00560 | $0.00560 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00280 | $0.00280 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00112 | $0.00112 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00056 | $0.00056 |
Grade A, and why
Build26-DEM312-multi-agents-in-action-with-3-ai-agents-3-frameworks-tools-models AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories โ prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency โ measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
This is a copy
100% identical to Build26-DEM341-any-agent-any-cloud-standardized-tracing-with-foundry-and-opentelemetry AGENTS.md โ 0 lines differ, which has more behind it and is treated as the original. This page carries a canonical link to it rather than competing with it.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing โ 50 lines โ stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
AI Agent Guidelines
This file contains instructions and guidelines for AI agents working on this repository.
๐ Security Best Practices
Never commit sensitive information to this repository:
- API keys, tokens, or credentials
- Personal access tokens (PATs)
- Database connection strings with passwords
- Environment-specific configuration values
For MCP configuration files (mcp.json):
- Use placeholder values like
"YOUR_API_KEY_HERE"or"${API_KEY}" - Reference environment variables for sensitive data
- Include documentation about required environment variables
๐ Repository Guidelines
Purpose
This repository is a Microsoft Build 2026 session content repository and should:
- Provide clear, actionable content for session attendees
- Support self-guided learning for remote/at-home learners
- Follow the structure established by GUIDANCE.md
What NOT to modify without permission:
- License files (
LICENSE,LICENSE-DOCS,CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md) - Security files (
SECURITY.md) - GitHub workflow files in
.github/directory
Content Rules
- No large binary files (PowerPoint decks, videos, recordings) in the repo
- Links to slides and recordings are fine โ just don't host the actual files
- All README files should be kept up to date
- Unused folders (containing only a placeholder README) should be removed before release
Issue Management
When a user reports a problem, asks a question that should be tracked, or wants to file an issue:
- Discover available templates โ Check
.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/for any.ymlor.mdtemplate files. Read them to understand what fields and labels each template expects. - Match the request to a template โ Based on what the user is describing, pick the best-fit template. If no templates exist, create a plain issue.
- Help the user fill in the fields โ Walk through the template's required fields interactively, proposing answers where possible.
- Create the issue โ Use
gh issue create --template <template-file>if a template matches, orgh issue createfor a plain issue. - Apply labels โ Check
gh label listto see what labels exist in the repo. Apply relevant labels based on the issue type. Don't try to apply labels that don't exist.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
