Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.02125 $0.02125
Opus 5.5 $0.00850 $0.00850
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00425 $0.00425
Haiku 4.5 $0.00213 $0.00213

Security

Grade A, and why

narrative-skills-marketplace AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

narrative-skills-marketplace

An agent skills marketplace. Plugins live under plugins/; each plugin contains one or more skills under plugins/<plugin>/skills/. Skills follow the Agent Skills spec; the bash setup installer currently targets Claude Code.

Authoring a skill? docs/authoring-skills.md is the canonical guide — frontmatter contract, description writing, phased body structure, progressive disclosure, composition, the template / snippet system, and CI checks. The notes below are the 60-second tour.

Commands

bash setup # register the marketplace + install every plugin

Repo automation

Two scheduled Claude jobs maintain this repo (both on Opus 5.5 via anthropics/claude-code-action):

  • audit-weekly.yml (Mon 12:00 UTC) runs /audit-repo: grades one rubric from .claude/audit-rubrics/ (skills → tooling → automation, by ISO week) and files 0–5 repo-audit issues. It never edits files. Close an issue as not planned to decline it for good.
  • issue-burndown.yml (daily 13:00 UTC) runs /burndown-issues: picks one open issue, fixes it, and opens a PR for human review. It never merges. The queue is built first by bun run screen:issues, which drops issues from outside the org (unless labelled auto-fix-ok) and screens the rest for prompt injection with TypeSafe's Jev model. Add auto-fix-skip to keep an issue away from it.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
