Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.02697 | $0.02697 |
| Opus 5 | $0.01349 | $0.01349 |

Grade A, and why
meme-search CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories โ prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency โ measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

๐ File Organization Guidelines
โ ๏ธ IMPORTANT - Temporary Documentation Files:
- All temporary markdown files created without explicit user request MUST be saved to
/plans/temp/ - Examples: exploration notes, research summaries, draft documentation, intermediate analysis
- Permanent documentation (user-requested plans, design docs) goes in
/plans/ - The
/plans/temp/directory is git-ignored and not tracked in version control
๐ค Task Agent Usage Guidelines
IMPORTANT: Use specialized Task agents liberally for exploration, planning, and research tasks.
When to Use Task Agents
Explore Agent (use subagent_type=Explore):
- Understanding codebase structure and architecture
- Finding where features are implemented across multiple files
- Exploring error handling patterns, API endpoints, or design patterns
- Questions like "How does X work?", "Where is Y handled?", "What's the structure of Z?"
- Set thoroughness:
quick(basic),medium(moderate), orvery thorough(comprehensive)
Plan Agent (use subagent_type=Plan):
- Breaking down complex feature implementations
- Designing multi-step refactoring approaches
- Planning architectural changes or migrations
General-Purpose Agent (use subagent_type=general-purpose):
- Multi-step tasks requiring multiple tool invocations
- Documentation lookups via WebSearch/WebFetch
- Complex searches across many files with multiple rounds
Documentation Lookup Pattern
When encountering unfamiliar libraries, frameworks, or patterns:
- Use Task agent with WebSearch/WebFetch to look up official documentation
- Search for: Rails 8 features, Playwright APIs, Python FastAPI patterns, etc.
- Example: "Look up Rails 8 Turbo Stream documentation to understand real-time updates"
Examples
// โ Don't: Manually grep/glob through unfamiliar codebase
grep -r "webhook" .
// โ
Do: Use Explore agent
Task(subagent_type="Explore",
prompt="Find all webhook implementations and explain how webhooks work in this Rails+Python microservices architecture",
thoroughness="medium")
// โ Don't: Guess how to implement without research
// Implement feature based on assumptions
// โ
Do: Use general-purpose agent for documentation lookup
Task(subagent_type="general-purpose",
prompt="Research Rails 8 ActionCable best practices for WebSocket broadcasting, then summarize the recommended pattern for real-time updates")
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

meme-search CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository neonwatty/meme-search (719 stars, last pushed 9d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 2,697 tokens to every session, about $0.0135 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
