What is OBSMCP CLAUDE.md?

A set of Claude Code instructions for a workspace that uses OBSMCP to preserve project continuity. OBSMCP is a shared system for storing project context, tasks, decisions, blockers, and handoffs.

Starting work from existing project context, checking active tasks and blockers, recording decisions, and leaving a handoff.

It tells the agent where to find the current project state and how to record progress, reducing repeated discovery between work sessions.

Continue the existing project state instead of re-deriving it.
Treat .context as the minimum required continuity package.
Use ctx.bat to log work, create handoffs, and sync files when direct MCP access is missing.
Record decisions and blockers explicitly.
Leave a new handoff before ending your turn.
