What is Claude-Code-Communication CLAUDE.md?

Instructions for a communication system that coordinates several coding agents through a president, a team leader, and workers. It describes the roles and the message flow between them.

Use it to organize multi-agent coding work, assign tasks to workers, and send messages between the coordinator, team leader, and executing agents.

It gives each agent a defined role and a clear path for passing work and updates. This reduces confusion when multiple agents handle one task.
