Multi-Domain Coherence
Platform engineering spans multiple tools. This skill maintains coherence by:
- Defining ownership boundaries - Which tool owns which concern
- Establishing contracts - How tools interact (Terraform → GitOps reconciler → Apps)
- Preventing overlap - Don't recreate in GitOps what Terraform manages
